Tower Investments sells Lots in the Quartz Mountain Estates Subdivision, Placerville, CA

Tower Investments is pleased to announce the sale of single-family residential lots in Phase 1 of the Quartz Mountain subdivision in Placerville, California. The lots were financially underwater, burdened by delinquent special taxes imposed by the Placerville PFA Series 1992A bond district. After working for years with the City of Placerville and consultants, Tower was able to implement a workout strategy to extinguish the delinquent special tax debt thereby making the residential lots viable once again. To date Tower has closed on the sale of Lots 2, 3, 13, 15 and 16.
