In 2016, Take 5 Oil Change was acquired by Driven Brands (NYSE: DRVN) which owns Express Lube, MAACO, Meineke Carstar, Econo Lube N’ Tune, and 1-800 Radiator & A/C. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Driven Brands has over 10,000 employees and is the largest automotive services company in North America.
