OUTSIDE OF THE BOX PURCHASES

Santa Maria, CA, Development

Tower Investments purchased a portfolio that included an operating Office Depot building and closed Hometown Buffet and Roadhouse Grill buildings on 5.61 acres in Santa Maria, CA. Tower has subdivided 3.77 acres of the property and demolished the Roadhouse Grill building and is developing the property for a new build Quick Quack Car Wash and Starbucks. Tower has also added a Red Lobster restaurant building in the same commercial development to its Santa Maria portfolio.

Nashville Development

Tower is involved in the radical transformation of downtown Nashville. Tower purchased, redeveloped and operated 3 live entertainment honkey-tonks on Broadway, including the future home of Garth Brook’s “Friends in Low Places.” Tower’s ownership included the land beneath the 800-room Omni Hotel, the $650 million Nashville Convention Center and numerous properties in the surrounding Nashville area.

Cattle Ranches

The Marks Family has operated cattle ranches since 1960. Tower Investments has purchased and operated 250,000 acres of deeded and leased ranch property in California, Nevada and Canada, ranching cattle, buffalo and horses.
